The James, York and Chesapeake designs give the Cottage section of our resort the look and feel of a Colonial village. These individual style villas are available in one, two or three bedroom sizes and can sleep 3, 6 or up to 10 people.

A three bedroom Cottage offers two master bedrooms, each with a king bed, plus a third bedroom with two twin beds and each bedroom has it’s own private full bath. There is also a large living room and smaller living room , each with a pull-out sofa bed, a full size kitchen plus an additional kitchenette, an additional 1⁄2 bath, fireplace, a front porch and back deck. A one bedroom Cottage offers 400 sq ft of space with a king bedroom and pull out bed in the living room. A two bedroom Cottage offers 1,200 sq ft of living space with a king bedroom plus second bedroom with two twin beds and queen size pull out bed in the living room.

All size units offer a fully equip kitchen with utensils and tableware. When you arrive, the beds are already made with fresh linens and clean towels are also provided for you in the unit. All Cottage sizes are also furnished with their own washer & dryer.
